Spa Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointments, please give us a 24-hour notice to avoid being charged.  No call no show will result in 100% charge of scheduled service.  For appointment more than 5 minutes late will be charged full service price and only receive the remainder time of the scheduled appointment.  If you decided to cancel that day and we cannot rebook the appointment space unfortunately we will charge 50% of service.

Party and Cancellation Policy
For parties of 4 or more persons must have a minimum of $60 service. You will also need to reserve appointments with credit card on file.  15% gratuity will be added to your bill.  If any persons need to cancel from the party, please give us a weeks’ notice to avoid any charges. For any cancellations within the same week will be charged 50% if we cannot rebook that appointment space. For any cancellations the day before and the day of will result in 100% of the service.

Refund Policy:

Rosehip Nail Spa will not issue refunds unless there is an invalid charge.
